Wednesday February 13th just before 09:45am, the company was dispatched to Conchester Highway (Route 322) in the area of Garnet Mine Road for a fuel spill. Squad 66 with a crew of 5 made the response and upon arrival confirmed a fuel spill. Additional resources were dispatched to assist with containing the spill including Rocky Run Fire Co. (46) for oil booms, Middletown Fire Company (50) for their hazardous materials trailer, The Delaware County Hazardous Materials team and Lewis Environmental. The Bethel Township Police Department assisted with traffic control. Squad 66 was committed on scene for approximately 3 hours.
