Fire Prevention Bethel Springs Elementary

On Tuesday October 11th, members of the Bethel Fire Company attended a fire prevention assembly at Bethel Springs Elementary School. Members talked to about 200 first and second graders about the basic essentials of what to do in an emergency. At the conclusion of the talk, the principal of Bethel Springs Mr. Piasecki, dressed in fire gear complete with air pack to show that kids should not be afraid of firefighters if there was a fire at their home. All students received a junior firefighter helmet for being good listeners.
